in the person of the Director, Smirnova Natalia, acting on the basis of the Charter, certifying the authority and its details, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller", publishes a Public offer for the sale of Goods/Services remotely.

 

1.   DEFINITION OF TERMS

 

1.1.   Public offer (hereinafter – the "offer") - a public offer of the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons to enter into a contract with the Seller for the sale of goods by remote means (hereinafter-the "Contract") on the terms contained in this Offer, including all Annexes.

1.2.   Ordering Goods on the project site-positions specified by the Buyer from the range of Goods offered for sale, when making an application for the purchase of Goods on the project site or through the Operator.

2. GENERALITIES

2.1. Buyer's order of Goods placed on the project website means that the Buyer agrees to all the terms of this Offer.

2.2. The administration of the project site has the right to make changes to the Offer without notice to the Buyer.

2.3. The term of the Offer is not limited, unless otherwise specified on the project website.

2.4. The seller provides the Buyer with complete and accurate information about the Product, including information about the main consumer properties of the Product, the place of manufacture, as well as information about the warranty period and shelf life of the Product on the project website, in the store section.

3. PRICE OF GOODS

3.1. The price for each item of Goods is listed on the project website.

3.2. The seller has the right to unilaterally change the price of any item of the Goods.

3.3. In case of a change in the price of the ordered Goods, the Seller undertakes to inform the Buyer of the change in the price of the Goods within 10 days.

3.4. The buyer has the right to confirm or cancel the Order for the purchase of Goods, if the price is changed by the Seller after Ordering.

3.5. Change in the price of the goods paid by the Buyer by the Seller is not allowed.

3.6. The seller indicates the cost of delivery of the Goods on the project website or informs the Buyer when ordering by the Operator.

3.7. Obligations of the Buyer to pay for the Goods are considered to be fulfilled from the moment of receipt of funds by the Seller.

3.8. Payments between the Seller and the Buyer for the Goods are made in the ways specified on the website of the goods in the store section.

                                    4. ORDER REGISTRATION

4.2.2.  the address to which the Goods should be delivered (if delivery to the address of the Buyer);

4.2.4. contact phone number.

4.3. The name, quantity, range, article, price of the Goods chosen by the Buyer are specified in the shopping cart of the Buyer on the project website.

4.4. If the Seller needs additional information, he has the right to request it from the Buyer. In case of failure to provide the necessary information by the Buyer, the Seller is not responsible for the goods selected by the Buyer.

4.5. When Ordering through the Operator (p. 4.1. this Offer) the Buyer agrees to provide the information specified in paragraph 4.2. present offer.

4.6. The Buyer's acceptance of the terms of this Offer is carried out by the Buyer by entering the relevant data in the registration form on the project website or when placing an Order through the Operator. After Ordering through the Operator data about the Buyer are registered in the database of the Seller. Having approved The order of the selected Product, the Buyer provides the Operator with the necessary information in accordance with the procedure specified in paragraph 4.2. present offer.

4.7. The seller is not responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided by the Buyer when Ordering.

4.8. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when Ordering.

4.9. The contract of sale by remote means between the Seller and the Buyer shall be deemed concluded from the date of issue by the Seller to the Buyer of a cash or sales receipt or other document confirming payment for the Goods.

5.  SHIPPING AND TRANSFER OF GOODS TO THE BUYER

5.1. The seller provides the Buyer with services for the delivery of Goods in one of the ways specified on the project website.

5.2. If the contract of sale of goods by remote means (hereinafter – the Contract) is concluded with the condition of delivery of the Goods to the Buyer, the Seller is obliged to deliver the Goods to the place specified by the Buyer, and if the place of delivery of The goods by the Buyer is not specified, then at the place of his residence or registration.

5.3. The Buyer indicates the place of delivery when placing An order for the purchase of Goods.

5.4. The delivery time of the Goods to the Buyer consists of the order processing time and delivery time.

5.5. The delivered Goods are transferred to the Buyer, and in the absence of the Buyer - to any person who presented a receipt or other document confirming the conclusion of the Contract or registration of delivery of the Goods.

5.6. At the time of transfer of the Goods in writing, the Buyer shall be notified in writing of the information provided in Annex No. 1 number to the Contract.

5.7. Information about the Product is brought to the attention of the Buyer in the technical documentation attached to the Product, on the labels, by marking or otherwise accepted for certain types of goods.

5.8. Data on obligatory confirmation of conformity of Goods are represented in the order and in the ways which are established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on technical regulation, and include data on number of the document confirming such compliance, on term of its action and on the organization which issued it.
